We were going to call this set Kangaroo Fishing... hops & rell... anyone? No, okay... moving on... The first tune Kira learned from a student. The second is from hearing the song., for Patrick especially from the singing of Séamus Ennis. The Silver Slipper is from the playing of John Doherty though we switched the parts. The Pure Drop was gleaned form the playing of the great Séamus Ennis.
